Chepsangor Hills coffee comes from the Chepsangor Hills Coffee processing station, where Rosebella Langat works with local producers from the surrounding Nandi Hills slopes.
This microlot is processed using the experimental DF Washed method - a washed process with double fermentation: the coffee undergoes aerobic fermentation for 72-95 hours, then is washed and air-dried.
The coffee has a fruity profile with a main note of mandarin. The aroma and taste feature notes of light caramel, hibiscus, blackberry, panela and violet. The coffee is rated 87 points on the SCA scale.
