Substitution of products
If you receive products other than the ones you ordered, please email us at info@elbuho.coffee and send the products back to our address. In such a case, www.elbuho.coffee bears the cost of return shipping, as well as the cost of delivering the right products.
Goods damaged during transport
Carefully check the conditions of the package when receiving your delivery. If you notice any visible defects on the packaging (damaged packaging, wet cardboard, etc.), please do not accept the delivery.If you have received damaged products, contact us immediately and send us a photo of the damaged products.
Return of products within 14 days
According to the terms and conditions, every customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving a shipment without stating any reason. Products must be returned to the address of our company in undamaged packaging. In this case, the customer bears return shipping costs, and we will return the money to the customer's account after we receive back the product.
