Coffee Origin
Guji region, Ethiopia
Abyssinia comes from the renowned coffee-growing region of Guji and is sourced through a family-owned exporter working closely with local producers across the area.
With many years of experience, the exporter places strong emphasis on careful cupping and quality control to ensure consistency in every lot. Their approach is built on long-term relationships, creating strong, family-like partnerships both with the coffee producers they work with and with customers around the world.
Why we chose this coffee
We chose Abyssinia mainly for its fruit-forward character, versatility, and long-term consistency across harvests. We first tasted this coffee in 2024 and immediately fell in love with it. Since then, we’ve kept coming back to it because it holds onto its vivid fruit character and works beautifully across different brewing methods.
