Edwin Narvaez’s journey with coffee began at a young age, growing up immersed in the rich traditions of coffee cultivation passed down from his parents, who were dedicated coffee growers. In 1994, Edwin took a bold step and acquired his own farm, La Esmeralda, marking the beginning of his legacy as a producer. Today, La Esmeralda is a true family affair, where everyone is involved in nurturing the land and cultivating exceptional varieties like Tambo, Bourbon Rosado, and Colombia.
Edwin’s passion for coffee goes beyond tradition—he’s a true innovator. Constantly experimenting with new techniques and processes, he seeks to elevate each harvest, always pushing the boundaries to bring out the finest expressions in his coffees. His commitment to excellence and continuous learning shines through in every cup crafted from his carefully tended lots.
