La Cabaña Farm, Danilo Pérez

Danilo Perez is a young coffee producer, who owns and oversees the management of numerous farms throughout Huila, Colombia. He is an ambitious producer, with expertise in post-harvest processing and growing new coffee varieties, such as Geisha, Pink Bourbon and Typica. He owns a mill in Garzón, where he assists local producers in their fermentation and drying.
Danilo has been focusing on sustainable coffee production and has conducted countless research and experimentation with anaerobic fermentation - have a taste of one of his experiments yourself :-)!
