The growing area of the family-run El Descanso farm is seven and a half hectares in total, of which almost three and a half are dedicated to growing coffee. The coffee trees grown on the farm are of the Castillo, Colombia, Caturra, Bourbon Rosado and Geisha varietals. This very special Caturra nano lot has been processed naturally and has undergone 10s of hours of anaerobic fermentation.
