The Sarreta family-owned Sítio São Francisco farm has focused on producing quality coffee without negative impact on the surrounding environment. The area of the farm is 260 hectares with production of 7,500 bags each harvest. Fernando de Oliveira Sarreta, the current administrator has earned Organic certification for the farm in recent years.
